We are looking for a compassionate LPN Home Health Nurse to fill a new position within our setting. Applicants will be expected to learn and be proficient with current EMR, able to complete HH nursing needs including wound care, vitals, etc., provide accurate thorough documentation and operate with minimal supervision. This position is open for a Licensed Practical Nurse that can work a flexible schedule as needed.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are looking for a compassionate RN Home Health Nurse to fill a new position within our setting. Applicants will be expected to learn and be proficient with current EMR, able to complete HH nursing needs, complete Admission and DC oasis, participate in on-call schedule, and operate with minimal supervision. This position is open for a Registered Nurse that can work part-time (22-30 hours per week) or full-time 32-40 hours per week).
***Sign On Bonus Available: $3,000***
